1. General Overview and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kg999app platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and kg999app. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into kg999app: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

  • Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the name of the registered account holder.
  • Payments through third parties are not accepted and any such transaction will be returned.
  • The account balance is updated immediately after a deposit is made.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

  • Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • kg999app reserves the right to request additional verification for the withdrawal process.
  • If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be held until the investigation is complete.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kg999app offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus offer has its own terms, and it is every user's responsibility to read them carefully.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. After accepting this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the total bonus amount must be met before withdrawal.

  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
  • Example: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus offer is applicable only once per account.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is not allowed.
  • kg999app reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after accepting a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will count as real money after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

VIP Program

Regular players can advance through three VIP levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). Advancement to a VIP level depends on overall activity and loyalty. kg999app determines VIP levels at its discretion.

6. Gaming Rules

kg999app offers various types of online games, including sports betting (cricket, football), slot games, live casino, and crash games. Each game has its own rules, which are stated in the game's instructions.

  • The results of all games are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
  • If a software error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, that bet will be considered void.
  • kg999app is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
  • If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • If the results of two events are determined at the same time, the decision of kg999app authorities is final.

Suspicious Bets

If any bet shows an unusual pattern or there is suspicion of match-fixing, kg999app may place that bet under investigation and cancel it if necessary.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
  • Providing false identity or documents.
  • Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, bonus scalping).
  • Placing bets using any kind of software, bot, or automated program.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
  • Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Assisting minors in accessing this platform.

Any prohibited activity may be grounds for legal action. kg999app reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

kg999app may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violating these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • The account remaining inactive for a long period (generally more than 12 months).
  • Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
  • The user's own request or self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

Account Closure Process

A user who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be forfeited.
